Freelance Plant Financial Manager, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
We currently have an interim assignment available for a Freelance Plant Financial Manager. The assignment is expected to start as soon as possible and has a duration of 6–9 months (full-time). The location is Kuala Lumpur.

A European industrial company opened a new local plant last year. Production volumes are continuously being scaled up. The local Finance Manager has strong technical capabilities but still has room to grow in terms of seniority compared to the other members of the management team. As a result, the Managing Director, Warehouse Manager, and Production Manager are currently more dominant within the management team.
Your role will be to coach the local Finance Manager in further developing their maturity and leadership presence, while jointly managing the Planning & Control (P&C) cycle.
Kennis- en ervaringscriteria
- Master degree
- Hands on and seasoned Plant and/or Finance Manager
- Worked before in SE Asia,(Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, HongKong, China) is a plus
