Freelance Support Function Controller

For one of our clients we are looking for a Freelance Support Function Controller

· Provide business controlling support to VP’s and Heads of Support Functions (e.g. HR, IT, HSEQ, Finance, Commercial, Procurement, Legal, Executive Management).

· Analysis and cost monitoring, budgeting, performance and forecast follow-up for cost pools of manpower & overhead across all entities related to each functional activity.

· Provide analysis, monitoring and follow-up of time writing of Support Function teams across all entities vs targets (incl. preparation of instructions for invoicing and recharge)

· Follow-up and reporting of performance and costs reduction plans for Support functions.

· Alert on variances between budgeted costs allocation per asset and actual figures.

·      · Minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance or relevant filed strongly preferred

· Minimum 5-7 years’ experience working in planning and control

· Strong knowledge of SAP (FICO)

· Well organized with an aptitude for data

· Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal (English)

· Solid networking and interpersonal skills

· Able to generate budgets and reports

· Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with department heads
