For our client, a global player in industry, we would like to connect with a finance change manager. Start a.s.a.p. for one year, fulltime. Remote work possible. Region Amsterdam.

Drive Communication, Culture & Change projects within Finance and beyond Finance. Focus on the Purchase to Pay and the associated end-to-end processes, making sure that the Business Support Office and Finance are well connected to the organization and can focus on it’s operations in close cooperation with the business. 

Drive Communication, Culture & Change projects within Finance and including non-Finance Stakeholders (mainly Business leaders) to drive maturity on Finance processes in specific countries of the EMEA region.

Align Finance, Business support en Business teams in creating better end-to-end processes. 'Embedding the Target Operating model' in the organization.

• University or Master degree plus experience in Change Management in Finance projects
• Passion for the people side of organizational change
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experienced with finance processes
